Sascha Mürl wurde 1971 in Norddeutschland geboren, wo er auch seine Jugend und Schulzeit verbrachte. Nach dem Abitur begann er seine als Ausbildung als Produktionsassistent, und studierte danach an der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg Spielfilm-Producing. Mit einem Diplom in der Tasche startete er 1999 seine Karriere als Redakteur in der Fiction Abteilung bei RTL. Er entwickelte und betreute über 40 TV-Movies und mehrere Folgen verschiedener Serien. Seit 2010 arbeitet er als freier Berater für Redaktionen & Stoffentwicklung.

Sascha Mürl was born in 1971 in the north of germany, where he spent his whole youth and school years. He left with graduation diploma and began an education as assistent-producer. After finsihing it, he studied film-producing at the filmakademie of baden-württemberg. Leaving it with a diploma, he started his carreer in 1999 as an editor in the fiction department of RTL Television where he did a content related supervising of over 40 tv-movies and several episodes of various television series. Since 2010 he has been working as a freelance consultant.
